The standard time frame for completing the verification is usually between 15 to 25 working days from the date of payment and submission of a complete set of documents. However, incomplete submissions, a late response from the issuing authorities, or unavoidable incidents such as conflicts, strikes or natural disasters may delay the process.

It depends on the regulator or organization you are applying under and the type of package, but as a rule you will submit a complete, clear, readable scanned passport copy plus the documents to be verified — educational degrees, professional qualifications, academic transcripts, employment certificates, health licenses or good-standing certificates — and a name-change certificate if your name differs across documents.

PSV fees vary depending on the verification package you select and the number of additional documents that need to be verified. The fees are displayed once you choose the verification package you need to purchase. Some issuing authorities may require an additional fee to release the verification, shown on screen when you select them.

Once your payment is settled and your application is submitted successfully, you will receive an auto-generated email from notifications@dataflowgroup.com, along with your DataFlow Case Number in the confirmation email. If you paid but did not receive a confirmation, please submit a support request and our team will assist you.
